Winter Solstice Yoga Immersion with Jeremy Wolf

As the wheel of the year turns and the longest night invites stillness, join us for a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra immersion to honor the Winter Solstice. This weekend retreat is an invitation to pause, reflect, and realign with your inner light during the darkest time of the year.

Through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra—guided yogic sleep—you’ll be led into profound states of conscious rest, releasing layers of tension, stress, and fatigue. With each session, you’ll journey inward to plant seeds of intention, awaken your intuition, and attune to the quiet wisdom of the season.
The schedule for the weekend is 5:30 to 7:30 Friday, 9:00 to 4:00 with an hour for lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
