Capital City Nutrition – June Steps Challenge
Dates:
June 1st – June 30th, 2025
Goal:
Get moving all month long! The person with the most tracked steps by the end of June wins 10 MEGA ENERGY BOMBS from Capital City Nutrition!
How to Join
Sign up in person at Capital City Nutrition or with our form by May 31st.
Use a step-tracking app or smartwatch (Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, etc.).
Join the June Steps Challenge Chat to stay accountable and track your progress.
Official Rules
Track your steps daily with a verified step-counting device or app.
Submit weekly step totals sent to me personally every Sunday by 9 PM MST.
Include a screenshot or summary from your app for verification.
Challenge runs from June 1–30. Final totals due July 1 at 12 PM MST
No manual entries — only device-tracked steps count.
The winner is the person with the highest verified step total by the end of the challenge.
Ties will be settled with a 3-day step-off, July 2–4.
