Outdoor Bootcamp

Ready to get out and get fit for spring? The road to fitness is always more fun with someone helping you along the way. And being outside is way more fun than the gym.

Since January 2018, Julie Depla is organizing a weekly work-out at the skatepark in Neuenheim.
It is a cardio work-out combined with strength exercises suited for all levels.

Every Wednesday, 9:00am to 10:00am.
Cost: 72 Euro/6 Sessions

May 21st
May 28th
June 4th

If you wanna do a trial session , always welcome on one of the above dates.

€ 12 for 1 trial.
