About the event

YOGA CLASS
A FREE community yoga class series provided by the Hector Pert Memorial Library. This class will focus on gentle movement, maintaining strength and mobility, and breath as a tool for well-being. Accessible for beginner students with modifications offered and props introduced to support varying levels of ability. Are you a long-time practitioner? Join us for a refresh and learn about a system of alignment principles that may support your practice for years to come. Taught by Hilary Kellner-Davis at the Hector Library and Fire Hall.

There will be 6 yoga mats and a few extra props available for anyone who doesn’t have their own.

Please bring a blanket and blocks if you have them to make your practice more comfortable!
