Nestled on top of a hill over looking 21,500 acres of the Sand Lake National Wildlife Refuge, this great escape is just what you’ll need to reset and rejuvenate. Can’t get away for the night but still would like to partake in this radiant renewal? Half retreaters will get to enjoy this great escape for the day only. FULL RETREAT (10 spots available)
Complete immersion of this retreat for all day Saturday and night thru Sunday morning. Imagine rejuvenating yoga sessions thru out the day to end with a delightful community dinner and new moon ritual. Experience forming life long friendships as you relax fireside next to your new yogi friend and maybe with a glass of wine! Flatland Flyway’s cozy and comfortable lodging will have you well rested for the following morning. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included with your registration. Beer and wine options are available for additional purchase. All nourishing food is lovingly prepped onsite. ACCOMODATIONS:

Hecla, SD
This one-of-kind venue will be our home for the weekend. The lodge offers cozy, rustic accommodations with modern comforts. There are 5 double-occupancy bedrooms available with full sized beds. One of the five rooms has 1 queen and 1 twin bed. Lodging will be paired by the retreat facilitators and we will try to accommodate special requests as best as we can. Family style bathrooms are in both wings with two private shower stalls in each. With stunning views of South Dakota country, a beautiful lodge, and nourishing food prepped onsite— this is the perfect quick getaway for restoration and relaxation.
TRANSPORT TO AND FROM RETREAT:
Travel arrangements to and from the site of the retreats are entirely your responsibility and Fit and Fire Studios along with Jennine, Margaret and Sam cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancellations of your travel plans.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason within 30 days of the beginning of the retreat, we can not refund your payment, but you can transfer it to any future retreats/trainings if there is availability. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers and accommodations. To protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
If the participant has to leave prior to the retreat’s conclusion, refunds will not be made for the unused portion of the trip. No refunds will be made for any meal, yoga class or workshop or other activity that the participant misses or decides not to participate in for any reason.
IF WE CANCEL THE PROGRAM:
In the very unlikely case that we cancel any of the retreats/trainings due to too few participants, we will refund to you all payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a yoga retreat/training due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue/tour operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase cancelation/interruption insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:
• You cancel your participation in the yoga retreat
• The retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip
• Lost baggage or personal items
• Medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured
