Rest, Reflect, Renew at the Wasatch County Public Library

Join us for a community guided meditation with Michael Malmrose, who guides people through immersive coaching and meditation. Each gathering begins with a brief reflection, then moves into a calming practice that helps you reconnect with yourself in unexpected ways. You can simply rest, or take time to reflect.

Sessions run about 45 minutes and offer a chance to deepen your practice while connecting with others on the same path. Bring whatever helps you feel at ease--eye mask, blanket, journal, water, even a pillow or yoga mat.

Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.
