Taco & Beer Pairing at Fogbelt Station

Join us at Fogbelt Station in Healdsburg for a weeklong Taco & Beer Pairing, running May 20–25. We’re serving up four fresh tacos, each matched with one of our house-brewed beer, including the first-ever pairing flight for Red Tail Ale.

The Pairings:

Pollo Adobado + El Viejo Mexican Lager
Blue corn tortilla with pollo adobado, red cabbage, radish, pickled onion, cilantro, and salsa verde.

Al Pastor + Lost Monarch Wit
Grilled pork with pineapple pico and habanero salsa on a yellow corn tortilla.

Tri-Tip + Haven’t the Foggiest Hazy IPA
Grilled tri-tip with guacamole, crispy onions, and cilantro.

Taco al Vapor + Red Tail Ale
Steamed tortilla with chicharrón, nopales pico, queso fresco, and tomato sauce.

Available May 20–25 at Fogbelt Station. No tickets or reservations—just good tacos, great beer, and a reason to stop by.
