We’re bringing the comfort north. Fogbelt Station in Healdsburg is rolling out its own lineup of mac and beer pairings — crafted to match our favorite brews with a little heat, a little crunch, and a lot of cheese.
The Lineup:
• Classic Mac — Redtail Ale
Cheddar cheese sauce with bacon
• Buffalo Mac — Redwood Lager
American cheese, buffalo chicken, ranch, blue cheese crumbles, and chives
• Pesto Mac — Mt. Hood Hazy IPA
White cheddar and mozzarella with basil pesto, roasted mushrooms, and Parmesan
• Sausage Mac — Del Norte IPA
Savory sausage with a rich cheese blend
Available October 14–19 only at Fogbelt Station in Healdsburg.
