Hachidori Sake x Maison Healdsburg: An Evening with Sake Master Stuart Morris

Sake Master Stuart Morris will be pouring at Maison Healdsburg on Monday, Dec. 8, offering guests a rare chance to experience Hachidori, crafted at Shindo Brewery in Yamagata. As one of the few non-native producers working at a leading Japanese brewery, Stuart brings a perspective shaped by deep study and precision.

From 6–7:30 p.m., he will lead an intimate master class inside The Friend, guiding guests through the craft and character of three small-batch Hachidori sakes. Flights of three 2-oz pours will also be available at the bar throughout the evening.
