Journal Workshop for Teens is for participants ages 12 to 18.

Journaling is a powerful tool to encourage self-expression, improve mental well-being, and foster personal growth.

Participants will explore different types of journaling and complete focused writing prompts. Let’s get the creative juices flowing and inspire journaling to continue after the workshop!

Art. Drawing. Doodles. Bullets. Lyrics. Poems.

This workshop is therapeutic and serves as a safe place for teens to put honesty to paper.

Bring a notebook and pen and let the writing begin!
