AquaFit @ the George Bolton Swimming Centre (CD)

Get your heart pumping with a fun, low-impact Aqua Aerobics session at George Bolton Swimming Centre! Designed to improve strength, cardio, and flexibility, this water-based workout provides resistance and support, making it an excellent way to stay active without putting stress on your joints.

Each session runs for 60 minutes in the 50m Pool Deep End, led by a qualified instructor with great music to keep you motivated.

🔹 Session Details:

• When: Thursdays, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Where: George Bolton Swimming Centre
• Cost: $12 per session
• Duration: 60 minutes
• Maximum Capacity: 15 participants
• Equipment Provided: Noodles and dumbbells

💡 Booking Information:

• Ticket sales open one hour after the previous class finishes.
• Ticket sales close two hours before the next class begins.
• You cannot book outside of these times.
• Refunds are only available if requested at least 24 hours prior to the session. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the class.

Spaces are limited and bookings are essential, so secure your place early to avoid missing out! Please make sure to take your ticket with you to gain entry into the swimming centre. Tickets are not available from the swimming centre before or on the day.
