Yoga and Soundbath Retreat

Hi everyone 🌿
We’re hosting a special Yoga & Soundbath Retreat in nature and would love for you to join us!

We’ll begin with a feel-good Yang to Yin yoga flow to stretch and unwind, followed by a deeply relaxing Soundbath. Afterwards, we’ll gather around the firepit to enjoy some homemade snacks and cosy vibes in our beautiful outdoor space just outside Brighton.
