Winter Healing Intensive

This 6-month intimate experience is for those of you wishing to winter well, through healing modalities designed to soothe your stress, promote the best sleeps and invoke a sense of warm wellbeing.

With a mix of healing modalities and Catherine’s extensive experience both as a teacher and teacher trainer, immerse yourself in a supportive safe space for deeper exploration of movement medicine, powerful breath work, nourishing meditation, cacao, tarot, sharing, connection, ritual and ceremony through all of Winter’s calendar highlights.
This Intensive includes six 2-hour sessions for you to be held in an intimate, supportive and developmental experience:
