Rooted in nature and held with care, this experience blends wild sauna, cold water, breathwork, and a guided self-development workshop led by Charlotte - coach, wellbeing practitioner, and founder of Sauna Yoku.
You’ll be guided through:- Sauna + cold water rotation (6 in at a time)- Breath-led grounding + nervous system reset- A reflective workshop on Letting Go- Guided journaling + inner inquiry- Seasonal soup, hot teas + moments of silence
