SUP Yoga: Flow into Calm

SUP Yoga — or Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga — combines the benefits of traditional yoga with the unique experience of practicing on water. Instead of a yoga mat, your paddleboard becomes your floating platform, gently moving beneath you.

This practice deepens your yoga experience by challenging your core stability and balance, sharpening your focus, and keeping you fully present. The natural movement of the water invites mindfulness and connection to the peaceful surroundings.

And the best part? The final Savasana — your relaxation — as you float gently, feeling the soft taps of water against your board while drifting to the sounds of nature. It’s the perfect way to unwind, recharge, and connect with the calm beauty of the lake.

No prior yoga or paddleboarding experience needed — just bring your breath and a sense of adventure!

These session take place at a beautiful, private lake in Cuckfield where you can immerse in the sounds of nature whilst enjoying the paddle and yoga experience.

All SUP Yoga sessions are taught by fully qualified and experienced Yoga- and Paddleboarding Instructors or Coaches.
