Restorative Sound Bath

Join Isis du Jour for a Sunday afternoon of nourishing restorative yoga, yoga nidra and an immersive sound bath.

You will be guided through a soothing restorative yoga sequence to enable you to find rest in your body and mind, and give yourself permission to relax and release. This will be followed by a yoga nidra - the practice of deeper relaxation often called 'yogic sleep'. Isis will guide you through a meditation which allows the body to slip into a deep state of relaxation while your mind remains fully awake. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signalling the transition from activity to meditation.

This deeply relaxing experience will include the gentle healing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, which will take you on a beautiful and relaxing sound journey.
