Most people know about the 3rd of the 8 limbs of yoga, which is asana or postures, your warriors and downward dog, etc., but did you know that the posture work is a way to prepare the body for pranayama (breath work ) and meditation ( the calming of the mind )?
The combined practice of intensive breathing exercises followed by the application of mindfulness meditation techniques can instil in you a sense of deep, lasting peace and Zen.
This is a mostly seated practice; no experience is necessary. Wear warm, comfortable clothes you can relax in.
We provide props for you to sit comfortably in our Moon studio, which has underfloor heating & ambient lighting.
