What to do with your little ones this school holiday?
Here at Be Yoga, we don't close; we're open over the festive period with yoga classes for all ages and abilities.
Kids' club at Be is for children aged 4-11 years to play and learn with yoga and mindfulness.
You can stay for a class if you like, as we invite parents to practice in the other studio at the same time.
Uniting mind, body and breath through playful movement, we aim to help your child's ability to regulate their nervous system and their awareness of the energy and stillness within, all this in a relaxed setting & lots of fun!
Classes include games, breathing exercises, postures, balance and stretch, and relaxation.
If you have an account with us, you can easily add your child to your account and then book the class.
If you're new to us, you can set it up for free and then add your child to the book for them.
If you need any help, we are always here, pop us an email or call us on

Yoga offers numerous benefits for kids aged 4 to 11, both physically and mentally:
1. Physical Health: Yoga helps improve flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. These physical benefits are particularly important for kids as they grow and develop.
2. Body Awareness: Practising yoga encourages children to become more aware of their bodies and how they move. This increased body awareness can help prevent injuries and improve overall physical confidence.
3. Focus and Concentration: Yoga often involves practising mindfulness and paying attention to breathing and body sensations. These practices can enhance children's ability to focus and concentrate, which can be beneficial for academic performance and daily activities.
4. Emotional Regulation: Yoga teaches kids techniques for managing stress and emotions. Through practices like deep breathing and relaxation, children can learn how to calm themselves down when they feel upset or overwhelmed.
5. Social Interaction: Participating in yoga classes or group sessions can provide opportunities for social interaction and teamwork, as well as fostering a sense of community and belonging.
6. Self-Confidence: As children learn and master new yoga poses and techniques, they gain a sense of accomplishment and self-confidence. This confidence can carry over into other areas of their lives.
7. Creativity and Imagination: Yoga often involves imaginative storytelling and creative expression through movement. This can stimulate children's creativity and imagination while also making the practice fun and engaging for them.
