🌿 Med Instead of Meds for Better Health 🌿
Join us for a free monthly class series that makes healthy eating simple and practical. Each session explores one of the seven Med Instead of Meds steps—from changing your protein to swapping fats, adding more vegetables and fruit, and beyond.
