Join us for one last round of labor before we reach the "weekend after Labor Day"!
August 30th from 8am til' noon: we would like to invite the Hays community at large to join forces with the Flyin' Bison in giving Frontier Park its annual deep-cleaning.
The hard labor is over - all that's left is to pick up litter & stray sticks!
Bring your gloves, hand sanitizer, trash bags/receptacles, and whatever else you think might help you in this task. Ice cold water will be provided for all volunteers, and we'll have some prizes for the top collectors.
For those of you who crave a challenge in your trash collection adventures - bring your waders and hop in the creek! Among the glass bottles, fishing lines, and ancient beer cans, you might even find some discs (we'll be collecting & contacting owners of marked discs).
As per tradition, we'll also be collecting trash during our 1pm League round.
