Expecting a baby? You don’t have to navigate this journey alone! The Becoming a Mom® program is here to support you every step of the way, helping you feel confident and prepared for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
This free program, hosted by K-State Research and Extension, offers:
✨ Expert-led classes on pregnancy, labor & delivery, infant care, and postpartum health
✨ Helpful resources and tips for a healthy pregnancy
✨ Free baby items & incentives at each session
✨ The chance to earn a free portable crib or infant playmat by attending at least 4 classes
✨ An opportunity to meet and connect with other local moms-to-be
