An afternoon of gentle movement, breath work and relaxation.
Focussing on the hips and lower backs, movement will encourage functional mobility and explore natural flexibility.
We will practice Somatic tracking as a tool to resource how we relate to pain and sensations of discomfort.
Finding new ways to meet the ‘core’ through breath work and micro movement, in order to establish a more integrative way of moving in the lower body.
Exploring the role of chronic stress and tension and its impact on physical sensation, Our session will end with supported restorative poses and guided relaxation.
