Pranayama & Meditation Sangha

Join us for our bi-weekly pranayama and meditation sangha at Sandy Acres. We will spend roughly half the session on different pranayama techniques, and half on guided and silent meditation. This is a friendly group of people meeting regularly, new people always welcome! No prior experience required. Donation based with all money collected going to Shelterbox.
