Meeting at Zennor in the car park at 9:30am
4-5 mile beautiful trail run at a really nice gentle pace.
Cornwall Trail Runners are the friendliest group around so come and join in if you want to do a run with amazing views at a pace that allows you to enjoy them.
£5 if you book and pay in advance
£6 on the day
Bring water!!!!
