Annual May Winemaker Dinner with J Bookwalter Winery

This is your chance to experience the art of food and wine pairing, with each course designed to complement a specific wine from J Bookwalter Winery. Enjoy a five-course gourmet meal at the beautiful Hayden Lake Country Club while hearing about the winery from Ed Holmes, the J Bookwalter National Sales Director. He will share how Jerry Bookwalter helped to develop some of the state's historic vineyards and how his son, John, has established top tier winemaking practices, using some of the states most desired vineyards that result in highly rated wines year after year.
