🔍 Challenge deficit-based assumptions around language difference
🌱 Reframe linguistic diversity as a strength, not a barrier
🏥 Explore how systemic and institutional factors shape how language is treated in care settings
💡 Share strength-based, culturally responsive strategies to better support culturally and linguistically diverse families


Objectives:
✅ Identify systemic barriers that contribute to framing language diversity as a problem
✅ Learn strength-based strategies to support clients across language differences
✅ Discuss culturally responsive tools for inclusive lactation care in diverse communities
