Winter Remedies Workshop

The workshop will start by discussing the causes of colds and flu and what you can do to help prevent them taking hold. We will discuss the pro's and con's of vaccinations and look at the concerning ingredients of some common high street remedies.

We will discuss how using essential oils can alleviate and prevent symptoms of congestion, aching muscles, headaches etc. Then using only natural and organic ingredients we will make our own chest rub and bath soak for you to take home.

The cost of this workshop is £45.

If you are unable to attend this planned session please message me separately as I may be able to coordinate a separate session. I am also happy to run private workshops for groups of friends or in workplaces.
