Wondering about going on Retreat but not sure? Our Trial Retreats are back this summer. Our First Retreats are small, welcoming gatherings designed for first time retreaters craving real connection. Whether you’re feeling a bit lost, burnt out, or simply seeking meaningful time with others, these weeks offer a gentle space to be yourself. There’s no pressure, no agenda — just time shared with kind people, nourishing food, and simple moments that remind us we’re not alone. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, seen, and a little more human.

Making the decision to attend your first retreat often has several barriers with one of these being the price. We are offering this date for first retreaters only at £150 per week (arrive Monday, leave Friday) to make this part of your decision as easy as we can. We hope to see you soon for your first retreat!
