Intuitive Crystal Sound Bowl Session

Come and spend 1 hour, relaxing your mind & body and giving your soul exactly what it needs 💜Please arrived 10 min before just to get yourself comfortable and settled. I do provide a yoga mat but if you wish to bring one of your own that would double layer for comfort. I request you bring your own pillow and blanket (weather dependent) and some of my clients like to wear a sleep mask) but it’s all optional to yourself. It’s all about comfort to enable you to get the best experience in switching off. Bring some water just to hydrate at the end☺️
