Spend a cozy Friday evening in the beautiful barn at Gridiron Hill Farms, sipping wine, beer, or hard cider, enjoying a local charcuterie board, and discovering the magic of sourdough.

This beginner-friendly class guides you through mixing, kneading, and shaping your own sourdough dough — which you’ll take home to bake fresh the next morning. Each guest also receives a starter kit to continue baking at home, including:

• A mixing bowl, dough whisk, and scraper

• A jar of active sourdough starter

• A printed recipe guide with shaping and baking tips

By the end of the evening, you’ll leave with your own dough, a starter to grow at home, and the confidence to bake delicious artisan bread anytime.
