Fit Happens Challenge

Join us for our Month of Fit Happens Challenge! This is a team challenge so grab a workout buddy and let’s get started ! This challenge insists in a step challenge and a workout challenge. We will go by points to get ourWinners. So we will be partnering with your buddy and at the end of each night will send there steps to Shelby . I will combine yours with your buddies! We will have a first place step winner as well as we will be having free workouts every Wednesday at 6:30 PM. We will have sessions for you and your partner to work out at your own pace. We will be doing light weights, punching bags, trampoline exercises, yoga, ball exercises, stretch, and steps. Those will be our sessions weekly on Wednesday. We will have a free walking group on Saturday mornings at 9:30 AM. You will get points for your workouts and your walks. We will have a winner as well for our points for the workout and walks. Our winners will receive one free month of workout classes, goodie bags, and a free mega combo. Pick a name for your team pick your partner and let’s rock this! $50 per group two people per group or $30 per person. If you want to join but do not have a partner join and we will put you with someone. Must RSVP by June 24. This Challenge runs from July 1 till July 31st ! With a party at the end !
