Chakra soundbath & bracelet workshop!

Join Linnea (HAVEN owner) and Peridot Peyton for a special evening of tuning in/ healing & balancing the chakras!

This workshop will begin with Linnea giving an overview of the chakras, and then playing her chakra crystal bowls for a specific time for each point (you will be lying on yoga mats for this portion). This will allow you to tap into each area spiritually and physically to tune in and notice what might need attention.

Afterwards we will transition to making crystal bracelets based on the chakra areas you want to focus on! Peyton will bring all sorts of crystals and have information about which ones assist which chakras.
