Team Aerocycles crit training loops

Thursday Eve. 6.50pm.
Meet up bottom Falconer Road.
First lap altogether.
Second lap groups split at Roman Way.
Group A go up and around Roman Way. Group B carry straight on.
Carry on for 6 more laps with the aim of Group A catching B.
Groups to stay together and work as a Team. (no heroes off the front).
Finish after 6 laps at bottom of Falconer Road.
Not sure if this will work , but Group A should have approx 2 minutes advantage per lap.
Group not individual event.
