Books & Blooms: A Silent Reading Party

Enjoy a beautiful, bookish morning at Old Wild Farm on Sunday, August 10 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm! 

Good & Golden Books will be hosting a Silent Reading Party right next to the beautiful flower patch 🌼 Don't know what that is? It's like a book club -- but with no assigned reading. You bring whatever you're reading and read it in quiet company of others. There is an option to socialize about your book before and/or after our reading hour!

We will bring a curated selection of high quality used, discounted, and new books to shop from, if you don’t have a book in mind already.

Old Wild Farm’s pick-your-own flower patch will also be open for you to create your own bouquets…maybe one that matches the cover of your book?!

We will also be joined by fellow Haverhill Farmers Market vendor Saturday’s Child Baking 💛 They’ll have delicious baked goods (GF & DF available!) and craft coffees for you to purchase and enjoy while reading your book.

Here's the schedule for the event ⬇️

✨10:00 to 10:30 am - Arrive, grab some breakfast, and settle in with the lawn chair or blanket you will bring.

✨10:30 to 11:30 am - Reading in quiet company with others in a gorgeous setting.

✨11:30 am to 12:00 pm - Continue reading, socialize, pick your own flowers – the choice is yours!

This event is free of charge, but we would greatly appreciate you reserving your seat ahead of time so that we can prepare 💛
