FREE Train Trip to Whitland Abbey

📣 Join Assistant Community Rail Officer Phil for a FREE train journey from Fishguard & Goodwick to Whitland, where we will enjoy a scenic 5km circular walk to Whitland Abbey, taking in the history and arable geography.

👣 The walk will be a meditative and peaceful experience linking with Whitland Produce Market, Canolfan a Gardd Hywel Dda / Hywel Dda Garden & Interpretive Centre and Hywel Dda coffee shop. The walk will take approximately 1.5 hours with time to stop for lunch. The Abbey is free and you can bring a packed lunch so a tea or coffee and cake would be the main expense.

This embraces what Whitland offers, constructs an easily followed interesting trail and connects Fishguard & Goodwick with Whitland linking to local arts and producers.

It would be great for anyone needing to get out, who wishes to be with a group, to build confidence and to focus on wellbeing, having a social time and connecting with people.
