This 5-week, in-person programme is designed to help you feel strong, grounded and connected using yoga, meditation, breathwork and practical wellness guidance — all tailored to the unique challenges of menopause.
Led by an experienced facilitator, each 2-hour session includes gentle movement, calming practices, and time for reflection. You’ll also hear from a guest personal trainer who will share tools for nutrition and muscle strength during menopause.
