Community Reiki Circle

Join us for a relaxing Reiki Circle, where you’ll be guided into rest and receive Reiki healing energy from trained practitioners. — Simply come as you are and relax.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese practice that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and balance through light touch or energy flow. All you need to do is relax and receive.

*Please arrive a few minutes early to sign a waiver.
Reiki will be offered both on tables and from a distance.
**Please note that the tables being used have a weight capacity of 250 lbs. For members who prefer not to use a table, Reiki can be received equally effectively while resting on a mat or seated comfortably.
