Balanced Break

Take a break from your busy day and join me for a rejuvenating lunchtime yoga class designed to refresh your mind and body. Held right on Cherry Point Marine base, this session is perfect for service members, staff, and families looking to reset, stretch, and energize. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, this midday flow offers a mix of gentle stretches, balances, and light strengthening to leave you feeling balanced and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Class is located in the Aerobics Room across from the gym.
