Held right on Cherry Point Marine base, this session is perfect for service members, staff, and families looking to reset, stretch, and energize. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, this midday flow offers a mix of gentle stretches, balances, and light strengthening to leave you feeling balanced and ready to take on the rest of your day.
