These practices are not just techniques - they are doorways into deeper awareness, embodiment, personal connection and lasting benefits beyond the workshop itself.
Whether you are new to my work or an old timer, this day of playful exploration has something to offer you. You will be introduced to these "ingredients", and we will practice to uncover, discover and most importantly embody it all. To reclaim your body. To reclaim your beautiful Self.
