This year's exhibition has been put together by the Staunton Park Heritage Hub about the two historic properties that sat as part of the Staunton estate: the older house purchased by William Garrett in 1802 and modified by Sir George Staunton, and the mansion built by William Henry Stone in 1860. Further research by a local school into the houses of modern-day Leigh Park from 1948 to the present day. There will be guided walks on 16th & 20th September, on the Historic Buildings of Leigh Park and the Plants and Gardens of the Historic Estate (free but must be pre-booked).
