Neighbors & Kin: Hibiscus with Butter and Jelly Draft Reading

Join us on Thursday, September 18th at 6:30 pm at the Havana City Center, 326 W Market Street, for a fun evening and a draft reading of a special project Phil Funkenbusch has been working on! The evening will include snipits of memories, recollections, and interesting stories of your neighbors and kin in Havana, Illinois. It is meant to give a sneak peak at the work in progress and to inspire others to share their stories with Phil as he continues to develop this delightful work. The project is made possible in part by grant funding from the Two Rivers Arts Council through the Illinois Arts Council Agency and the National Endowment for the Arts with additional support from the Mason County Arts Council.
