Introduction to Sound Bath Healing

If you’ve been curious about Sound Bath Healing and wanting to know more but aren’t ready for a full private session - this is for you!

Doors open at 4:30 pm for you to mingle and pick a spot, and the Sound Bath starts at 5:00 pm.

It’s a general, multi-sound, guided meditation, followed by a Q & A session with our practitioner, Carly!

Bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Light refreshments will be served.
