2025 Hatch Chile Fest at the Icebox Hatch Valley Taproom!

It's that time of year again... the weekend NM travels to Hatch for the Hatch Chile Fest 🌶️ We have quite the music line-up to keep you going!! The village will have tons of activities for the weekend... the carnival.. and we have the rest 😉

Kelley Coffeen is back signing her books on cooking NM Chile style in the Trading Post Saturday 1-3 so don't miss it!

Chile Roasting with Grajeda Chile all day long Saturday & Sunday right here outside the taproom 11am-9pm!! So if you're looking to get roasted... Hatch Valley Taproom is the place to be during the 2025 Hatch Chile Fest. 🔥

The Boyz Straight UP BBQ will be set up outside behind the taproom both Saturday & Sunday 11am-9pm OR until they sell out!
