About the event

Speed & Agility Clinic

Get ready for fall tournaments and travel teams during our upcoming Speed & Agility Clinic! We will work on different drills and exercises to help improve athlete's speed, agility, strength, and endurance.

This event is open to members ages 10 - 16. The cost for the clinic is $30 per attendee.

Where:
Outside at the Willow Grove YMCA if weather permits.

When:
Join us from 5 - 7 PM on Friday, August 15, 2025.
