🏗️ Set the Trusses on House #45! 🏠
It’s time for one of the biggest steps in building House #45 — setting the trusses! This is a big job, and we need many hands to get it done safely and efficiently.
Join us on Saturday, August 30, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM. We’ll work together until the job is done. Our team leader will guide the day, but what we really need is muscle and teamwork to lift the trusses from the stack to the house.
This is truly a “many hands make light work” kind of day — so sign up with a friend or two and come be part of something amazing!
👷 Volunteer Requirements:
Must be 18 or older, or 16+ with a parent
Closed-toe shoes required
📍 Location: 1201 N Broadway, Hastings, MI
🚗 Parking: Please do not park in the store lot during business hours. Park on the side street, behind the Habitat office, or by the Marathon gas station.
