NEW YEAR, NEW YOU! A very special Blister Sisters Newbies Run on Monday 5th January to welcome anyone who fancies giving it a go! We meet near the Bandstand at 7am and run / walk / shuffle round the park, with LOTS of shortcuts if you want to take it easy! Everyone is welcome - this is a running group for people who don't run!!! Join us. 7am, Monday 5th January. Every face, every pace. Big love and hugs x x x
