This email is a formal notification and invitation that a Meeting of Owners, Beneficiaries, and Trustees will be hosted for Mangāmāunu No 2 sub 1C and Mangāmāunu 21A3.
We extend a notable invitation to Te Tumu Paeroa to attend this important meeting as representatives of the Māori Trustee, as the Responsible Trustee, and the current Land Administrators for the detailed land blocks.
The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m, Saturday, 30th August 2025 at Camberley Community Centre, 703 Kiwi Street, Hastings, Hawkes Bay.
The key matters of discussion and recommendations include:
To remove the Māori Trustee as the Responsible Trustee.
To appoint new Responsible Trustees who have credentials, are committed, and understand the need to be active immediately after appointment as a trial period in preparation and in order to become a Responsible Trustee.
To have all matters dealt with by the Māori Trustee prior to the handover of the administration back to whānau.
