Light up a Life, our annual remembrance service

Please join us for Light up a Life, our annual remembrance service.

We will reflect, remember and honour those touched by Cranford Hospice and loved ones who are no longer with us.

You’ll have the opportunity to Light a Lamp of Remembrance and write a message or name of someone wish to remember.

We will also turn on the Cranford Christmas Stars, which will shine brightly throughout the holiday season—a symbol of love, care, compassion, and remembrance.
