Birds & Brews

This December, The Crane Trust invites adults to a one-of-a-kind evening that blends local brews, competition, and conservation. This will be a fun and lively precursor to the Christmas Bird Count season, the nation’s longest-running community science bird survey.
Birds & Brews is a trivia-style game night where teams face off in bird-themed challenges designed to be fun for both birders and non-birders alike. The night takes flight with Bird Bingo, followed by the Visual ID Challenge, where players must spot the difference between real and fictional birds. Next up is Birds in Pop Culture, a lighthearted quiz about feathered friends in movies, music, sports, and logos. The competition peaks in the Final Round: Bird Word Play, where teams race to finish phrases like “Wise as an …” and “Free as a …”.
Only one team will soar above the rest to be crowned the first-ever Birds & Brews Champions!
